Returns for Refund
    •    Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
    •    Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
    •    Only full-priced items are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
Sale & Discounted Items
    •    Items purchased on sale or using a discount code are not eligible for a refund.
    •    These purchases may be returned for store credit only.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact our Customer Care team at support@soleetal-raws.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, detailed return instructions will be provided.
Additional Information
    •    Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    •    We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
    •    Returned items that do not meet the conditions stated above may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.
